Use essential oils, carrier oils, herbs, flowers, natural mineral salts and butters to create seasonally-tailored skincare and wellbeing products. Bring the magic of plants into your wellbeing routine. Learn how to use herbs and essential oils to create products to enhance and support your wellbeing during the changing seasons. Previous creations have included balms, chest rubs, inhalation blends, herb teas and hand salves.

Botanical Cocktails** // Mocktails evening course

Ok, this one technically isn’t directly related to aromatherapy, but it’s a wonderful way to incorporate herbs and aromatic botanicals into your beverages and yet another way that we can bring the magic and alchemy of plants in to our day-to-day lives. On this programme you’ll learn create two herbal cocktails, taking the time to select and use a range of aromatics, botanicals and natural ingredients. You will learn how to create your own syrups and bitters, and garnish your drinks. You’ll take home the recipes, too.

**We encourage a mindful approach to drinking alcohol and would recommend using this workshop to bring consciousness to the creation and consumption of your special aperitifs! We don’t condone drinking alcohol in excess, and we offer a 100% alcohol-free version of the programme which includes using herbal teas, juices, tonics and naturally fermented drinks such as kombucha.
