Aromatherapy for Pregnancy: private workshops

Are you or your partner pregnant or trying to conceive, and planning ahead for the various changes, challenges and joys pregnancy can bring?

In this 2.5 hr 2-to-1 or 1-to-1 parents' aromatherapy and massage workshop, from the comfort of your own home, or at my treatment room on Cheltenham Road, I'll teach you how to make three aromatherapy blends for the various stages of pregnancy including labour and birth.

You'll also learn some massage techniques to support yourself or your partner as they move through the various stages of pregnancy. Aromatherapy and massage can be particularly helpful in pregnancy for helping to ease pain and anxiety, and for releasing tension in the body.

Clients who have come to me for pregnancy massage have reported that tension has been eased, particularly lower back and hip area, that pelvic pain has been eased, and that they felt calmer and more confident and reassured following our sessions.

Each workshop includes:

• Aromatherapy massage treatment for the pregnant client

• Demonstration and teaching pregnancy and labour massage techniques

• Co-creation of three organic aromatherapy blends to use during pregnancy, at birth and beyond

• Consultation and advice

Treatment Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy
All treatments and online consultations are subject to a card confirmation to secure the booking. All treatments are subject to a 48hr cancellation policy. Card details are collected on booking and any treatment booking cancelled within 48hrs will be charged at 50%. No shows will be charged at 100% of the total cost.

Workshop Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy
All treatments and bespoke/private hire workshops are subject to a 50% deposit to secure the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit is received. The remaining 50% of the invoice total shall be paid by the client within 14 days of invoice issue. Early full payment made by the client within seven days of the invoice date of issue will receive a 5% reduction of the invoice total. Late payment beyond 14 days of invoice issue will incur an additional 5% compounded charge on the outstanding amount for each subsequent day delay. Failure to make full payment after thirty days of invoice date will result in full payment plus all incurred costs being pursued through the appropriate legal process. The client agrees that the supplier will proceed with the booking regardless of attendee numbers, weather or other factors outside of the supplier’s control. The supplier may, at their discretion, agree to reschedule an event in case of emergency or in otherwise exceptional circumstances.

All workshop bookings are subject to a cancellation policy. Any bespoke/private workshop booking cancelled within 14 days of the booking will be charged at 50% of the total workshop cost and within 7 days will be charged at 100% of the cost.
