Be a home aromatherapist

This self-paced introductory course provides the cultural and historical context of aromatherapy and teaches you practical ways to use essential oils and other botanical ingredients at home.

In this course, you will:

- Receive lifetime access to videos and supporting materials
- Learn to make your own therapeutic balms, creams, oils, inhalers and more
- Learn the science of aromatic plants and how they work on the body and mind
- Receive a kit with all the tools you need to make the products (or go kit-free!)
- Receive a bonus facial massage tutorial

Ellen will walk you through the steps required to create a range of aromatherapy products, and provide additional information on the science of blending, aromatic plants, and how aromatherapy works on the body and mind. The programme is available to view as often as you like, wherever you want. The course also includes a kit with some useful tools and materials that will be shipped direct to your home on enrolment.
