Join Ellen from Amberluna Apothecary and Marianne Swift Yoga for a nourishing spring mini-retreat.

Read more about the facilitators below.

Take the time to rest your body and mind, experience your senses on every level and unravel…

What to expect

During this 2.5 hour mini-retreat, you'll cosy up with plenty of blankets, bolsters and yoga mats in Easton based studio, Space 238. You'll boost your wellbeing through sampling a range of aromatherapy blends, tasting fresh, cleansing spring herbal teas and yummy chocolates, sinking deep into rest with a guided Yoga Nidra, and nourishing the body and mind with a juicy restorative yoga session with Marianne (Marianne Swift Yoga), and some healing aromatherapy massage from Ellen (AmberLuna Apothecary).

You should know

Participants are encouraged to bring anything that makes them cosy and comfortable: mats, blankets and bolsters are all available at Space 238 but if you want to bring jumpers, socks and more, we actively encourage it! You'll also need to have layers which allow access to your shoulders, neck and upper arms for the massage section of the retreat, and perhaps wear something you wouldn't mind getting oily.
